ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

In order to serve you and others better, there are new ordering procedures in place. These procedures are needed in order to cut down on the time it takes to go through email to locate order details, or to recall conversations via telephone.

If paying by Paypal, please include the order details in the "notes" section.

Order details include such things as: Model name, bobbin color (for humbuckers - black, zebra...) cover style or color (for humbuckers: raw, polished, aged, or gold) and lead configuration for humbuckers (vintage braid or 4-conductor)

For single coils and P-90, this includes the model name and cover color (black or white for strat style, cream or black for P-90)

And, a phone number as well, if you are in the US or Canada.

Here is an example:

Dr. Vintage

Zebra

Aged Covers

4-conductor lead

Name, Phone number, etc...

If paying by check or money order, please include a note which contains the above information.

Following these simple steps is appreciated, as it will drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to "order hunt," especially when an email conversation has taken place over multiple email accounts, or when previous emails are not quoted in replies. If at all possible, please try to refrain from emailing me from more than one account, as this can cause confusion if different names are used in the FROM: fields.

It no order details are included in your payment, this may cause delays.
