Styled after early Broadcaster and Nocaster pickups, the Rabid Bitch uses 43 guage Plain Enamel wire at about 10k for a hot vintage feel. Punchy, raunchy, and mean, this pickup will snarl without loosing the Tele twangy goodness, and won’t rip your eardrums out!

Wasn’t sure how I’d take a hot 10k pup when a lower output (another brand) ripped my ears out. Holy heck, this is a TELE tone, but perfectly balanced. No spikes across the frequency, very nice eq. Firm bass, not boomy and tight, glassy top end without that biting presence. Great cleans, great output and these things LOVE gain. Beautiful when driven. Highly recommended.
