Description
Flashback Strat pickups are 60’s style “Greybottom” single coils using a light grey fibre material for the lower bobbin flange. Wound with Plain Enamel wire to ’60’s specs, and using staggered Alnico V magnets, these pickups will take you back to the days of peace, love, and…psychedelia, man. Clean, clear high end and punchy bass will have you trippin’ in no time!.
My personal favorite combination is a 6k neck, 6.5k middle, and 7k bridge.

These are keepers. The flashbacks are very detailed. I ordered the set. They are calibrated for good balance. Bass is good and firm, doesn’t get flubby. Midrange is clear. I ordered mine with a lowered G magnet. I run a strat through a boost pedal into a Tophat Supreme 16. These pickups sound stellar.
